He is survived by: his wife Karen Meyer of Dubuque; his children, Neil (Howard), Jodi Legband (Scotty) and Mike (Kim); his stepdaughters, Dawn Leach (Jim), Kelly Greenleaf (Mike) and Stacy Kennedy (Jeff); his grandchildren, Heather (Dan), Zachery (Julianna), Adam (Holly), Cory, Cody, Kaci (Stephen), Megan, Luke (Sadie), Maci and Karli; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Jaxson, Kaylee, Kyle, Asher, Walker, Dakotah and Capri; and his close friends, Marty, Julie, Matt (Kylie) and Joe.
