He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Pitz and Joan Pitz (Winter). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bierman; and his children, Ricky Pitz (Diane) of Dubuque, Vicki Blake (Mike Oberfoell) of Dubuque and Angela Koppes of Sherrill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
