She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard, Lorraine Leute, Leo and Mary Donar; and her godmother Aimee Leute (Baby Brookins).
She is survived by: her parents, Lee Donar and Vickie Donar (Leute); her husband Jwan Brookins; her children, Jayden, Josiah, Trinity and Tirzah; her sister Julie Donar-Shade (Jeff); her mother-in-law Yvonne McGee; and her godfather Rick Leute.
In lieu of flowers, a Trisha Lynn Brookins Memorial Fund has been established for an educational fund for her children.
