She is survived by: her sons, James Torrey of Pontiac, MI, Kenneth Torrey (Mary) of Otis Orchards, WA and Merle Henry "Bud" Torrey, Jr. of Plano, IL; her grandchildren, Crystal Floyd, Heather Torrey, Adam Torrey, Aaron Torrey, Monica Gonzales and Nick Ruchala; her great grandchildren, Joclyn, Jaclyn, Christian and Sebastian; her great great grandchildren, Adrian, Elara, Ethan and Raigyn; and her brother Kenneth Watson (Marilou) of Chula Vista, CA..

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Linwood Cemetery (2736 Windsor Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
