She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Michael Collins and Christopher Collins (Allison); her grandchildren, Mila and Jordy Collins; her pets, Ralph, Ghost and Rocky; her siblings, Peter Padilla (Sylvia), Jon Padilla (Glenna) and Rebecca Padilla; and her in-laws, Thom Nickels, Jean Fondell (Tom), Steve Collins, Bill Collins (Jodi Bryson) and Joe Collins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A memorial fund has been established in Vicki's name to support the Dubuque Regional Humane Society, Hospice of Dubuque, and the Oglesby Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.
