She is survived by: her husband Jim McDonough of Dubuque; her children, Edward McDonough (Justine) of Elkhart, IN, Marianna Chase of Cuba City, WI, Sean McDonough of Dubuque and Melissa Pitz (Josh) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, DJ, Kyle, Kevin, Audrey, Nathan, Hayley, Nevaeh, Sean, Adyn, Ayla and Andrew; her daughter Angel Hemming; her sister Patricia Akin of Austin, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Tom McDonough (Sue) and Marge McDonough. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
