He is survived by: his children, Cory Kramer (Jessica) of Dubuque, Joel Kramer (Amy) of Dubuque and Ashley Kramer of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Carter Kramer (Taylor), Landin Kramer (Emily), Jaida Kramer, Adler Kramer (Riley Dupont), Ethan Kramer (Rachel McKibbon), Adam Kramer, Braiden Kramer, Cody Ricks, Abby Ricks and Brooke Ricks; his wife Cheryl Bowers; and his siblings, MaryKay, Judy Priebe, Sandy Kapparos (Mike) and Linda Weidemann (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be directed to some of Bill's favorite organizations.
