He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rouse and Lucille Rouse (Womack); his son William George Rouse; and his brother Dennis Rouse. He is survived by: his children, Kari Heacook (Edward) of New Jersey and Timothy Rouse of Colorado; and his granddaughters, Alexis Daugherty of New Jersey and Theadora Heacook of New Jersey.
