She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Ritter and Minnie Ritter (Kriens); her husband Ronald Viet; her daughter Dawn Ranae Kangley; and her brother Mike Ritter.

She is survived by: her son Donald Viet (Donna) of Hampton; her grandchildren, Coleman Kangley (Tiffany) of Minonk, Illinois, Ethan Viet (Jessica) of Hampton and Carlee Bohman (Tanner) of Latimer; her great grandchildren, Braelynn, Vera Kangley of Minonk, Illinois, Kinsley, Beckham Viet of Hampton and Bellamy Bohman of Latimer; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Uhlenhopp of Hansell and JoAnn Ritter of Weslaco, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
