He was predeceased by : his parent Emma Berkley; his aunt Lydia; his uncle Bill Richtsmeier; his wife Lora Jane Hanson; and his son Mike Hanson.
He is survived by : his cousins, Harold, Rosella and Lillian; his friends, Jim and Phyllis; his daughter Linda Buchanan (Mike); his daughter-in-law Kim Hanson; his grandchildren, Zac Hanson (Amanda), Levi Hanson (Amy), Lucas Hanson, Jessica Buchanan and Rebecca Buchanan; his great grandchildren, Brinlee, Makinlee, Oaklee Hanson, Emmaus, Briar and Ira Hanson; and his siblings-in-law, Ardith Hill, Paul and Karin Faber. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
