She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hill and Esther Hill (Barber); and her sister Carole Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Jerald Zabel of Duncombe; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Zabel; her grandson Cody Zabel; her sister Rose Stanley; and her cousin Darrel Barber.
