He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wessling and Lucille Wessling (Neuerburg); his son Jeff Wessling; his grandson Mark Wessling; and his brother-in-law Walter Oswald.
He is survived by: his wife Jolene Wessling of Dunlap; his children, Steven Wessling (Denise) of Johnson City, Tennessee and Tamera (Ed Magee) of Floodwood, Minnesota; his daughter-in-law Doris (Chris Mosman) of Winfield, Iowa; and his siblings, Dennis Wessling (Le Ann) of Kearney, Missouri, Eugene Wessling (Joyce) of Carroll and Marlene Oswald of Adams, Minnesota. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
