It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Hein of Dunlap, Iowa, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Pat and Kathryn Clara Loy (Smith); and her former life partner Jerry Gibbs. She is survived by : her husband John Hein; her brothers, David Loy of Dunlap and Michael Loy; her sister-in-law Shelly Watson of Missouri Valley, Iowa; her niece Brittany (Alex Vondrak) of Hinton, Iowa; and her great-niece Harper Rose Vondrak. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fouts Funeral Home- Dunlap (500 Court St, Dunlap, IA 51529). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (902 Montague St, Dunlap, IA 51529).
