He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jo Erickson; and his brother-in-law Wayne Ameskamp. He is survived by: his daughter Hannah Donahue (Cristhian); his father Michael "Mike" Donahue; and his sisters, Sharon Ameskamp, Ann "Shellie" Hall, Stephanie Cheevers (Guy) and Tia Newton (Ed). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003).
