David Happ Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Happ of Durant, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 27, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Happ to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Happ and Mary Happ (Becker); his siblings, Donald, Larry and Angela; his wife Jeanne "Cookie" Kerper; and his daughter Jennifer.
He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Happ (Kristal) of Durant and Andrew Happ (Anna) of Polk City, Iowa; his grandchildren, Hannah, Ally, Addison, Paige, Aubrey and Archer; and his siblings, Norbert, Doug, Carleen, Marleen and Eunice. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Durant Fire Department or the Durant American Legion.
