He is survived by : his mother Terressa Chapman (Clemen) of Hopkinton; his close friend Tami Chapman of Dyersville; his children, Kaela Clemen of Hopkinton, Logan Clemen of Hopkinton, Morgan Clemen of Hopkinton and Karri Clemen (Corwyn Barnes) of Oelwein; his father Dean Chapman of Hopkinton; and his brothers, Alex Chapman (Kimberly Warren) of Mechanicsville and Nick Chapman (Graham Ziese) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
