She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Dvorak (F. J.) and Agnes Dvorak (Petra); her son Steve; her grandchildren, Joseph, Ann and Lucas Hinders; and her siblings, Albin Dvorak, Lillian Wobeter and Pauline Dvorak.
She is survived by : her children, Jack Milne (Dysart), Terry (Susie), Madonna (Rick), Foulk (LaPorte City), Pam (Kenny) and Johnson (Dysart). She is also survived by six grandchildren and five step grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren as well as a great grandchild.
