She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence and Esther; her husband Austin Lee Brandt; her sisters, Lucille Newell and Dorothy Krogstad; her niece Jane Rowe; and her nephews, Mark Newell and Stephen Brandt.
She is survived by: her children, Walter (Terri), Ellen Bergman West (Mike), Larry Apple Valley (Sue) and Minn; her grandson Alex Bergman; her children, Kati Brandt, San Francisco, Lauren Brandt-Erickson (Don), Jessica Berndt (Lance), Bainville, Mont, Brandt Bergman (Michelle Kuei), Longmont, Kelsey Brandt of Raleigh, N. C., Shelby Brandt (Moe Samaha) and Columbia Heights; her great grandchild Isla Erickson; her brothers, Ray (Chris Brandt) and Joe (Sheryl Brandt); and her siblings-in-law, Glen Krogstad, Dick Newell, Donald Brandt, Russell Brandt, Thelma Brandt and Mary Brandt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
