With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sarah L. Groth (Eagle Grove, Iowa), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ted, Becky Ellefson, Dick and Flo Fisher; and also, Lowell, Sherrill Roseland, Larry, Hatti Groth and Mia.

She is survived by: her parents, James Ellefson and Brenda Ellefson (Fisher) of Marshalltown; her husband Jacob Groth; her children, Gavin Groth and Elsie Groth; her sister Rachel Wagner (Andrew) of Eagle Grove; her in-laws, Stan and Leslie Groth of Marshalltown; her sister-in-law Haley Upah (Sam) of Gilman; her nieces and nephews, Archie, Wyatt Wagner, Bennett Upah, Evelyn and Ava Upah; and her pets, Lucy and Miley.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Foust Funeral Home (1115 SW 2nd St, Eagle Grove, IA 50533). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Samuel Lutheran Church (201 N Lincoln Ave, Eagle Grove, IA 50533).
