She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Holton and Virgil Holton (Fred Simpson); her son Bobby Simpson; her grandson Donnie Simpson; her sister Millie Raymond; her brother-in-law Frank Raymond; her children-in-law, Judy Simpson, Richard Marquadt, Darryl Gordon and Rickie Brantley; and her great grandchild Ryan Simpson.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Boyle (Nick) of Earlham, IA, Jerry Simpson of Des Moines, IA, Fred Simpson Jr. (Karen) of Montreal, MO, Jacquelyn Marquardt of DeSoto, IA, Barbara Gordon of Adel, IA, Nancy Brantley of Gravois Mills, MO, John Simpson (Teena) of Versailles, MO and Julie Winter (Clint) of Adel, IA. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, 29 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
