He is survived by: his son Trevor Maack of Earling, IA; his stepchildren, Jared Sharp (Tina) of Boone, IA, Jill Pullen of Battle Creek, IA and Trisha Stolte (Brian) of Boone, IA; his siblings, Duane Maack of Denison, IA, Denise Jones of Denison, IA and Diane Smith (William) of Denison, IA.; Marla Blum of Denison, IA. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; 1 great step grandchild.
