With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Fish of Early, Iowa, who passed away on May 31, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Shafer and Eunice Shafer (Kruger); her grandfather Kruger; and her sister Jane Miene. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Palmer (Mark) of Waukon and Wanda Brown (Dan) of Madrid, IA; her grandchildren, Lars Palmer (Jen) of Waukon, Shannon Knudsen (Joe) of Madrid, Lane Rich (Eric) of Waukon, Donald Brown (Kayla) of Decorah, IA and Lindsey Palmer (Brian) of Waukon; and her great grandchildren, Breanna, Claire Knudsen, Knightley, Natalie, Catherine, Michael Rich, Carson, Adalyn Brown, Ella Lund, Henry and Walter Palmer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin-Grau Funeral Home & Cremation Service (202 Allamakee St NW, Waukon, IA 52172). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (614 Rossville Rd, Waukon, IA 52172). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Zalmona Cemetery.
