He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Busse; and his brother-in-law Wendel Staab. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Busse (Muilenburg) of Marcus; his son Damon Busse (Jessica) of Meriden, Iowa; and his sister Deb Staab of Remsen, Iowa. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
