It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Bonnett of Eddyville, Iowa, born in Knoxville, Iowa, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bonnett and Edna Bonnett (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Linda Bonnett; his sons, Charles Nathan "Chuck" Bonnett and Cory Ward Bonnett (Kristine); his grandchildren, Megan Highum (Isaac), Emily Mae Bonnett and Blake Berns; and his siblings, Gay Redding (Tom) and Jerry Bonnett.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eddyville Celebrate Life Center (216 Walnut St, Eddyville, IA 52553). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the Bethel Cemetery.
