She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Shaw and Irma Shaw (Carnicle); her brother Duane Shaw; and her brother-in-law Louis Patro. She is survived by: her husband Bryce Hamlett of Edgewood; her children, Deb Ratchford (Mike) of Cedar Rapids, Michael Hamlett of Cedar Rapids and Dana Lynn Bramer (Dave Baumler) of Marion; her grandchild Stacey Loutsch (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Mackson and Bodhi; her grandson Nathan Billmeyer (Marcela); her great grandchildren, Anthony, Vanessa and Charlie; her grandsons, Tim Ratchford (Anna) and Dustin Bramer (Candy); her great grandchildren, William, Aeris and Emery; her grandchild Kyle Bramer; and her siblings, Lary Shaw (Cathy) of Edgewood, Betty Patro of Edgewood and JoAnn Klein (Dennis) of Hiawatha. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (201 W Madison St, Edgewood, IA 52042). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
