He is survived by: his wife Joyce McCrea; his children, Robin McCrea (Jan), Randall McCrea (Mindy) and Michael McCrea (Andre); his grandchildren, Grace McCrea and John McCrea; and his sister Jan Shafer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Turner Jenness Funeral Home (1101 10th St, Milford, IA 51351). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (2300 27th St, Spirit Lake, IA 51360).
