He was predeceased by: his parents, Max F. Barz and Grace Barz (Pagel); and his son Duane Kent Barz. He is survived by: his granddaughter Alyssa J. Barz; and his daughter-in-law Alice H. Barz. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and neighbors.
