She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Buchanan and Helen Buchanan; her husband Harold Balvanz of Eldora; and her great grandchild Alexis Balvanz. She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Jolene) and Steven (Kathy); her grandchildren, Seth Balvanz, Sarah Balvanz Miller (Rob), Kris Luiken (Ryan), Steven Balvanz Jr. (Lisa) and Shawn Balvanz (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Drue, Lane, Dylan, Nixon, Seth, Dani, Carter, Max and Jaxon.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Good Shepherd Preschool at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Eldora.
