She is survived by: her sisters, Dorothy Mary Ann and Florence Ellen; her children, Jona Phyllis (Rickie), Timothy Harold (Linda), Polly Rashel (Jeff) and Anita Timm (Randy); her mothers-in-law, Helen Southard (Ed) and Leone Leavitt; her grandchildren, Crystal (Travis), Jasmine (Hugh), Autumn, Treasure, Heather (Clifton), Stephan (Tina), Harmony, Alesha (Ben), Zachary (Mollee) and Addison; her great grandchildren, Preston, Desiraye, Kayleigh, Evelynn, Cole, Luke, Faith, Selah, Sarah and Gabriella; and her daughter-in-law Jamie Johnson.
