He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Pierson and Clara Pierson (Mason). He is survived by: his wife Linda Lea Pierson; his daughter Jen McCubbin; his granddaughter Mae McCubbin of Rosemount, MN; his daughter Sarah Lyle; his granddaughters, Emma Lyle and Rena Lyle of West Point, IA; his brother Jerry Pierson; and his brother-in-law Mark Elder (Marsha) of Nichols, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
