Beverly leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Beverly’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James Burton and Christina Ruth Burton (Henage); and her husband Thomas M. Rowold. She is survived by: her pet Sophie; and her sister Joyce Wilkerson of Fulton, Missouri.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
