He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albers and Anna Albers (Danielsen); his mother-in-law Mary Ann Mattusch; his brother John; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Albers, Allan Bearbower, Herb and Joyce Mattusch.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Albers; his children, Tracy Albers, Amy Braack (Dean), Tim Albers (Andrea) and Brad Albers; his grandchildren, Drew Albers (Rachel), Mitchell Braack (Breianna), Emily Yoho (Ross), Chase Braack and Jordanne Twigg; and his great grandchildren, Easton Yoho, Winnie Yoho, Mia Braack, Valerie Braack and Addison Albers.
