He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel L. Rayburn and Marie M Rayburn (Fidler); his former wives, Juanita Rogers and Betty Jo; his stepdaughter Kathy Cunningham; and his siblings, Louise Rayburn, Florence Cooper and Lee Rayburn.
He is survived by: his wife Midge Rayburn; his children, Dennis Rayburn (Rita), Larry Rayburn (Pat) and Teri Anderson (Tony); his stepchildren, Kris Hadley (Don) and Kevin Baker (Andrea); and his brother Harold Rayburn. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
