Jack will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Jack is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Jack’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Davis and Blondena L. Ward. He is survived by: his daughters, Trudi Davis (Mike) of Iowa City, Becky Rosazza of Iowa City, Bridgette Davis (Ellen Sale) of Hadley, MA and Margaret Davis (Julian) of Rock Island, IL; and his siblings, Linda Haymaker of East Moline, IL and Mike Davis (Rosalie) of Danville, IA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many wonderful life-long friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home (130 N 2nd St, Eldridge, IA 52748). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
