She is survived by: her husband James Leggins of Eldridge; her children, Erma Higgins of Davenport and Daniel Childers of Davenport; her grandchildren, Tiante, Alexis, Elijah, Andrew, Ariel, Jasmine, Khloe and Charlotte; and her siblings, Eva Randolph of East Peoria, Nadine Ross of Rock Island, Richard Randolph of Urbana and Jeff Randolph of California.
