He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy John and Maryanne Kutcher (Bowman); his wife Judith Stockbauer; his daughter Amy; and his siblings, Patricia and Rick.

He is survived by : his children, Melissa Kutcher of Durant and Tim Kutcher (Cherie) of Durant; his son-in-law Ralph Thelen; his grandchildren, Brandon, Maryanne (Vincent), Kaitlyn and Samantha; and his sisters, Juanita, Helen and Kathy.
