He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Maher of John's Catholic Church; his children, John Selby Jr. of Eldridge, Jennifer Carber (Brian) and Patricia Barr (Christopher); his grandchildren, Mikayla Lighthart (Christopher), Nicholas, Tyler, Jack Carber, Wyatt and David Barr; his great grandchildren, Lauren, Delaney, Emma and Freya; and his brother Jim Selby (Linda).
