With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Guffey of Eldridge, Iowa, who passed away on January 26, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Henderson and Era Fay Henderson (White); her former husband Kenneth Leibold; and her siblings, Harold "Cotton" Henderson, Harvey Henderson, Normalee Calvert, Martha Parchert and Dean Henderson.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Guffey; her pet Bo Jangles; her children, Stephen Leibold (D'Dree), Lisa Leibold, LeAnn Leibold, Travis Leibold (Jeannine), Darrin Guffey (Jill) and Jason Guffey; her grandchildren, Morgan, Alec, Jamey, Ashley, Allyson, Josh, Taylor, Griffin, Rachel, Ben, Jackson, Clayton, Canon and Kinsey; and her close friend Colleen "Cobbie" Cooksey.
