He is survived by: his wife Amy Follmann; his daughters, Maia, Hailey and Nora; his siblings, Sena Hagedorn (Kevin), Cheyanne Kalainoff (Nick), Salem Glover (Christie) and Max Glover (Courtney); his parents-in-law, Larry and Patricia Follmann; and his brother-in-law Mike Follmann (Jeni). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
