He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Reickard and Colleen Reickard; his son Richard Martin Reickard; his sisters, Judith and Lynn; and his grandchildren, Kael and Tyler.
He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Thrasher; his son Ronald Lewis Reickard; his wife Linda Shanks; his sons, Chad Alan Reickard (Kristin) of Brooklyn Park, Jared Scott Reickard (Crystal) of Port Byron, Illinois and Arizona; his grandchildren, Elliana, Jaevan, Aria, Jessamina, Kai, Jordan and Devan; his sister Joyce Gabriel of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.; Skylar Garcia (Jessica).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Chicago, Illinois, or the Eldridge United Methodist Church.
