Tim Slack Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tim Slack of Elk Horn, Iowa, who passed away on April 17, 2025 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tim Slack to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances E. Slack and Marilyn Slack (Gwinn); his son James Slack; and his brother Robert Slack. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sego; his siblings, Ray Slack (Cathy), Rodney Slack (Lori), Connie Martin (Harvey) and Rose Slack (Paul Cross); and his sister-in-law Cynthia Slack. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home - Exira (234 W South St, Exira, IA 50076). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Elk Horn Lutheran Cemetery (4313 Main St, Elk Horn, IA 51531). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
