It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Alvern Hill of Ellsworth, Iowa, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Alvern Hill and Geraldine Hill (Hoff); his wife Jacquelyn Twedt of Ellsworth; his grandson Gerald; his children, Matthew of Grimes, Marcus (Amy) of Bondurant and Melissa (Dan) of Audubon; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Evan of Bondurant and Geralyn of Audubon. He was also cherished by his four brothers and one sister; and many beloved nephews, nieces, and cousins.
