She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Clark and Grace Clark (Wilde); her husband Dave Fiala; her siblings, Barb Clark and Mark Clark; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Clark and Lois Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Taylor of Ely, Angie O'Brien (Jack) of Kingsland, Georgia, Andy Stull (Kathy) of Bettendorf, Scott Fiala (Tami) of Cedar Rapids and Sue Abarr (Mike) of Ankeny, Iowa; her brothers, Jim Clark of Cedar Rapids, Will Clark of Georgetown and Glen Clark (Crystal) of Galena, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Pat Clark of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
