He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Raymond and Lois Mae Mackey (Miller); his siblings, Gary Mackey, Kathy Osborn and Kevin Mackey; and his uncle Richard Mackey.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Jenny Mackey and Jeff Mackey (Heather); his grandchildren, Jayden Mackey (Brad Chihak), Spencer and Taylor Mackey; his great grandchild Meadow Chihak; his sister Janice Heathman (Mark); and his aunt Barbara Mackey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
