She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Needham and Mary Ann Needham (Laughlin); and her niece Andrea Lynne Needham. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Goodlaxson of Emmetsburg, IA; her children, Katy Guinn (Nathan) of Spencer, IA and Allen Goodlaxson (Christina) of St. Anthony, IA; her grandchildren, Tenley Kate Guinn and Brooklyn Nicole Goodlaxson; her siblings, Nancy Janssen (Randy) of Emmetsburg, Kitty Sackett (Roger), Chuck Needham (Ann) of Chandler, AZ, Dan Needham (Sue) of Omaha, NE, Jim Needham (Pam) of Rochester, MN, Dave Needham (Kathy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Bob Needham (Susie) of Omaha, NE and Scott Needham (Jennifer) of Alexandria, MN; and her uncle Wayne Diercks. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to Hospice of Palo Alto County.
