He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Flannegan and Elizabeth "Liz" Flannegan (Szack); his granddaughter Kaleigh; and his brothers, Steven and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Danielle Davis (Flannegan) of Curlew, Adam Flannegan of Emmetsburg, Katie Flannegan of Laurens and Luke Flannegan of Emmetsburg, Iowa; the mother of his children Carol Funck of Laurens, Iowa; his grandchildren, Mathya, Raelyn, Joshwa, Rose, Justus, Jackson, Taralyn, Aiden and Matthew; and his siblings, Lisa Kobernusz of Boone, Iowa and Michael Flannegan of Emmetsburg, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and friends.
