With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Gappa of Emmetsburg, Iowa, who passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Moses and Marian Moses (Brennan); her husband Joe Gappa; her children, Bill Gappa and Janet Barnes; and her siblings, Patrick Moses and Patricia Weinzetl.
She is survived by : her children, Joe (Zeline Gappa), Mary Kay Orsborn, Carolyn (Terry Lowman), Marcia (Bill Lapczenski), Jill (Joe Thompson), Todd (Lisa Gappa) and Paul Gappa. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
