It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Higley of Emmetsburg, Iowa, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John LeRoy Higley and Anna Eileen Higley (Fitzpatrick). He is survived by : his children, Sherre Johnson, Dr. Troy Higley (Tracy) of Zumbrota, MN and Drs; his grandchildren, Bailey, Chenney, Hattie, Kinzie, Asher, Lincoln Johnson, Sydney, William Higley, Derrick and Dana George; his great grandchild Nadia George; and his friend Sharon Goff of Graettinger, IA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
