She is survived by : her children, Mary Jo Danner (Tom) of Peosta, Karen Scott (Dave) of Nashville, TN, Mike Recker (Gail) of Maple Grove, MN, Marty Recker (Angie) of Peosta, IA, Steve Recker (Heather) of Epworth, IA and Brian Recker (Abby) of Peosta, IA; her siblings, Bob Sherlock (Bev) of Des Moines, IA, Don Sherlock (Therese) of Cicero, IL, Therese Ann Sherlock of Minneapolis, MN and Karen Middleton of St. Paul, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Velma Krapfl (John) of Dyersville, IA, Mildred Recker of Dubuque, IA, Eileen Prier of Dyersville, IA, Charles Recker (Ann) of Dyersville, IA and Don Recker (Joan) of Nacogdoches, TX.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Dubuque Humane Society or to the Society of St. Vincent De Paul.
