Wilbur Hartman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilbur Hartman of Epworth, Iowa, who passed away on March 29, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hartman and Suzanna Hartman (Haas); his parents-in-law, James and Mabel O'Meara; his siblings, Paul, Ken and Rita Jackson; his siblings-in-law, Mary Hartman (Ken), Lois Konzen (Jim), June Brandenburg (Richard) and Richard Peters; and his great grandchild Ruby Dardis.
He is survived by: his wife Helen O'Meara; his children, Paul (Chris), Carl (Lynn), Keith (Amy), Lynn (Marc), Laura (Kirk) and Alan; his sisters, Shirley Peters (Dick) and Sandra Brady (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Hartman (Ken) and James O'Meara (Carol). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Epworth Volunteer Fire Department.
